As the Mt Evelyn Street Party is a vintage-themed event, we particularly encourage enthusiasts of the 1940s through ’50s eras to apply, and for other stalls to think about how they can dress their stall to suit this theme.
Priority is given to stalls that:
- are local to Mt Evelyn and immediately surrounding towns/suburbs.
- provide quality stalls that add variety to our event.
- are vintage in style, to suit our theme Memories Are Made of This – in particular the 1940s and 50s.
- run a free activity to add to our event program.

The date is set! SUNDAY October 29, 2017, will see Wray Crescent transformed once again for the Mt Evelyn Street Party.
We’ve created a Facebook event page to help you remember the date, where we’ll post updates along the way. So click on attending to get the latest!
Why a Sunday?
The decision was made by Mt Evelyn Township Group, following repeated requests by a small number of people to try it. So we asked around a little further and discovered that there were enough people that preferred a Sunday to warrant a trial. So let’s see how it goes!
If you’re interested in being involved in any capacity, do get in touch. You can contact us at email@example.com or on 0415 569 238.
We can’t wait to get started with the planning again!!
The Mt Evelyn Street Party team have received requests to move the event from a Saturday to a Sunday.
So we’re putting it out there, should the Mt Evelyn Street Party be held on a Saturday or Sunday?
Please provide your answer on the form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org

Congratulations to all those that won competitions, whether by skill, talent or chance. Well done to each of you. Also to those that entered competitions and didn’t win first prize. We wish we could award prizes to you all! You’re all fantastic. If you’d like to know who won, all winners will be added to our Competitions page here.
A special thank you to our wonderful sponsor, the Professionals Real Estate Mt Evelyn. Without their generous support your donkey rides wouldn’t have been free and you may not have even heard about the Street Party! They kindly put up a couple of signs to promote the event as well as delivered a few thousand post cards to local residents. Their community spirit lives on and we truly appreciate it. 🙂
