This is a large scale event and contributions of goods and services are always needed. Some ideas of things you can offer to help with are:
- Food & Beverages for volunteers
- Equipment
- Generators
- Tables and Chairs
- Cleaning
- Services, such as printing and signage
- Competition Prizes
Every little bit helps to make this wonderful event possible. These options are simply a suggestion. All contributions no matter their size are welcome and will be recognised.
