Pin Up deadline extended & dance classes this weekend!

A quick update to say, IT’S NOT TOO LATE!

Firstly, this weekend at the Mt Evelyn Scout Hall Learn rock’n’roll dancing from the best, at a price that you won’t find again!

$40 includes FOUR WORKSHOPS:

  • 2 classes with Johnny Phung this Saturday 1-3pm and Sunday 10:30-1pm.
  • AND 2 classes with Linda and Brian Cooke on 8th & 15th October.

And secondly, the Pin Up Competition deadline has been extended to this Friday, September 15 and we’d particularly love some more guys to enter. Just think, you could be crowned Mr or Miss Mount Evelyn 2017.

You don’t need a professional photographer or an expensive outfit. This is about being you. Details on how to enter are on the poster below.

Thanks to the 1st Mt Evelyn Scout Group and Mt Evelyn RSL for providing the workshop venues and to the amazing Johnny Phung for making the the journey from Albury to Mt Evelyn especially! Also a very special thanks to our local Rock’n’Roll dance celebratory Linda Cooke for pulling in the favours and arranging the workshops! She and her husband Brian are even offering FREE follow up classes for those that enrol in Johnny’s workshops. This is such an amazing deal!

$40 pays for both workshops with Johnny Phung AND free follow-up classes with Linda and Brian Cooke.

The Street Party promises to provide a couple of bands renown for their 1950s dancing tunes, so your new moves won’t go to waste!
